Refund & Returns Policy

Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order. Due to the specialized nature of our products — lyophilized research peptides shipped under cold chain conditions — our policy differs from standard retail return policies.

All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions
Due to the perishable, temperature-sensitive, and research-grade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind our products and will make it right in cases of verified damage, defect, or shipping error. See Section 3 for full details.

01Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Our peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) biological compounds shipped under strict cold chain conditions. Accepting returns is not possible for the following reasons:

  • Product integrity cannot be verified once a vial leaves our facility. Temperature excursions during return shipping, improper storage, or handling can degrade the product — there is no way for us to confirm a returned item is still suitable for research use.
  • Regulatory compliance. Accepting returns of research chemicals creates chain-of-custody and re-sale compliance issues we are unable to manage.
  • Cold chain continuity. Products not returned under controlled conditions cannot be re-stocked or re-sold under any circumstances.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that all sales are final and that you have reviewed the product descriptions, COA data, and storage requirements prior to purchase.

02Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the cancellation request is received before the order is shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. We process and ship orders quickly — typically within 1–2 business days — so prompt action is essential.

Cancel quickly
Email [email protected] with subject line “CANCEL — Order #[your order number]” for fastest processing. Cancellations requested within 2 hours of order placement are virtually guaranteed to be caught before shipment.

03Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement shipment (at our discretion) in the following verified circumstances:

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging, broken vials, or evidence of a significant temperature excursion (e.g., melted ice packs, warm package on delivery):

  • Photograph the package, outer packaging, and affected products immediately upon receipt
  • Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
  • Do not discard any packaging or products until we have reviewed your claim

Incorrect item shipped: If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of what was received
  • We will ship the correct item at no additional cost and arrange for the incorrect item to be disposed of appropriately

Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package was lost and it has not been delivered within 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment or issue a replacement.

Significant purity deviation: If independent third-party testing at an accredited lab verifies that a product’s purity is materially below the value stated on the Certificate of Analysis, contact us at [email protected] with the test results. We take quality claims seriously and will review each case individually.

Claims window: 48 hours from delivery
Damage and incorrect-item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery timestamp. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for a remedy.

04Situations Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for refund or replacement:

  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong product
  • Products that have been reconstituted or used
  • Products stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not maintained at −20 °C as required)
  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control
  • Orders placed in error (incorrect quantity, product, or shipping address provided by the customer)
  • Products confiscated by customs authorities

We strongly encourage you to verify your order, shipping address, and product selection before completing checkout.

05Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time once a refund is approved:

  • Credit / debit card: 5–10 business days (depends on your card issuer)
  • Other payment methods: Varies by method; we will advise at the time of approval

You will receive an email confirmation when a refund has been initiated on our end.

06International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only. For any inquiries about international shipping, contact us before placing an order. International buyers assume full responsibility for compliance with their country’s import regulations for research chemicals. We cannot refund orders confiscated or rejected by customs.
