Products & Research Use

Research peptides are synthetic amino acid chains produced for use in controlled laboratory settings. They are used by scientists and researchers to study biochemical pathways, receptor interactions, and physiological processes in vitro (outside a living organism — in test tubes, cell cultures, or other lab equipment).

All Ascnt Labs products are strictly for in vitro research use only and are not approved, tested, or intended for human or veterinary administration.

No. None of the products sold by Ascnt Labs have been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any therapeutic use. They are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices. They are sold exclusively as chemical reagents for laboratory research.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a third-party laboratory document confirming the identity, purity, and quality of a batch. Each Ascnt Labs product has a COA available on its product page. You can view the COA by clicking the COA tab on any product card in our shop.

Our COAs are issued by independent analytical labs and include HPLC purity data, mass spectrometry confirmation, and lot/batch numbers.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods but should be stored as follows for optimal longevity:

  • Long-term (unopened): −20°C (standard lab freezer)
  • Short-term / working stock: 2–8°C (refrigerator), away from light
  • Reconstituted: Use within 28 days when stored at 2–8°C; aliquot and freeze at −20°C for longer storage. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

Always handle vials in a clean environment and minimize exposure to heat, humidity, and UV light.

At this time we ship within the United States only. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the importation, possession, and use of research peptides complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. We do not accept orders from outside the US.


Ordering & Payment

Browse our shop, add products to your cart, and proceed through checkout. You will need to create an account or provide contact information, agree to our research-use terms, and complete payment. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We are currently setting up our payment gateway. In the interim, please email [email protected] with your order details and we will provide payment instructions. We will update this page as soon as online checkout is live.

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they ship. Since we typically process and ship within 1–2 business days, please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make changes.

Email [email protected] with subject line “CANCEL — Order #[your order number]” for fastest processing. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Creating an account is recommended — it lets you track orders, view order history, and manage your shipping addresses from your My Account dashboard. Guest checkout may be available depending on your cart configuration.


Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping transit times vary by method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. Expedited options are available for time-sensitive research needs.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperatures for short periods, so standard shipping is appropriate for most orders. However, during extreme heat conditions or by customer request, we can include cold pack insulation. Contact us before ordering if you have specific cold-chain requirements.

If your order arrives damaged, please do the following within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before opening
  • Email [email protected] with your order number and photos

We will review your claim and, if verified, issue a replacement or store credit. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery cannot be processed. See our Refund Policy for full details.


Account & Privacy

Visit the My Account page and click “Lost your password?” on the login form. Enter your email address and we’ll send a secure reset link. If you don’t receive it within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].
