Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Ascnt Labs processes, packages, and ships orders for research peptide reagents within the United States. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
01Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Ascnt Labs ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All shipping addresses must be a valid domestic street address — P.O. Boxes may not be accepted for certain shipment types.
02Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. During periods of high demand, processing may extend to 3 business days — we will notify you if this applies to your order.
03Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
Estimated transit times below are in business days after dispatch and are carrier estimates — not guarantees. Delays due to carrier volume, weather, or other events outside our control are not covered by these estimates.

04Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. We periodically offer free standard shipping promotions — any applicable discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Expedited shipping surcharges (2-Day and Overnight) are non-refundable once the order has shipped, even if the package is returned or refused.
05Packaging & Cold Chain
All Ascnt Labs peptides are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and are stable at ambient temperatures for transit periods of up to 7 days under normal conditions. Standard orders are packaged in insulated mailers with desiccant as appropriate.
If you are ordering during extreme heat conditions (ambient temps above 95°F at your destination), or if your research protocol requires strict cold chain documentation, please contact us at [email protected] before placing your order to arrange cold pack inclusion. Cold pack packaging may incur an additional fee.
Between June and September we recommend selecting Priority or Express shipping to minimize transit exposure. Cold pack add-ons are available on request. Email [email protected] before ordering.
06Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also view tracking information from your My Account dashboard under Orders.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder first, then contact [email protected].
07Delivery Issues
Lost packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your building management. If the package cannot be located, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation. Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Undeliverable packages. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout will be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for address errors entered during checkout.
Refused deliveries. Orders refused at delivery are treated as final sale and are not eligible for refund. See our Refund Policy.
08Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging or the product vials, please:
- Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged contents before opening the box further
- Email [email protected] with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery
We will review your claim and, if the damage is verified, issue a replacement or store credit. Claims submitted after 48 hours of the delivery timestamp cannot be processed.
